1. How do I know when my order is coming?
  • By default we use USPS Ground Advantage. This service was called “USPS First Class Package Service”.
  • We find this is the lowest shipping cost we can purchase.
  • We do NOT make money on shipping. We charge you what it costs us. Simple and Easy.
  • You will receive an automated email sent along with your tracking number.
  • If you did not receive an email with your tracking number – Please check your JUNK Box or trash, as some email programs try to limit junk.
    • If you still did not get an email, Please shoot us an email at LeoOregonFishingSupply@gmail.com and we will find your tracking info for you (and where your package is at in the shipping process).
      ** Please remember, that the USPS tracking service is “always” behind in it’s updating.
      We find that often the tracking is updated AFTER you have received your package.
2. I never received my order or I received the wrong order?
  • In 14 years of service there has been perhaps one order lost in transit.
    Call or email us at LeoOregonFishingSupply@gmail.com and we will correct this in a FAST TIMELY FASHION.

3. How long does it take to process an order?

  • At OregonFishingSupply.com, we have very close to a 100% ship rate of orders within 24 hours.
  • You will be notified of any delays – which has been a very rare event! (who likes waiting?)
  • Processing orders generally take one to two business days.

4. How fast can you deliver?

  • Depending on your location within the United States, the USPS Ground Advantage seems to get orders to you within three days.
  • For international orders, deliver time to be estimated on order placement.

       FISHING TRIP Planned: Faster Delivery Needed?

  • You can upgrade your shipping time by selecting a faster shipping service => this costs more.
       PLEASE advise if you have a fishing trip that is coming up quickly and we will fast track the order - I will hand drive this to the post office to push the process speed.

5. What is your return policy?

  • Not satisfied – CALL Please. Email Please!
  • Satisfaction guaranteed.
  • OFS will pay return shipping, (no tracking – regular 1st class postage)

    • We are based out of Albany, Oregon.

    8. Do you ship outside United States?

    • Yes, we do! Note that international shipments has longer transit time depending on your location on the globe.  Deliver time to be estimated on order placement.

    9. Do you offer any free Shipping?

    • Yes! For all orders above $25 we offer free shipping with in United States.

    10. Do you accept wholesale orders?
